Family visits
We love meeting lots of different families at Derwentwater Independent Hostel. Young children can roam safely around the house and grounds, and we have lots of different facilities and activities to keep everyone amused, including jigsaws, magazines, local reference books, table tennis, a television, an indoor red squirrel trail, an orienteering course in the grounds, and of course the wonderful views and wild-life!
Enjoy exploring the Things to do pages to find out what you can see and do in and around Derwentwater Independent Hostel.
